  • To work with the best hospitals and staff in terms of medical technology and science while giving opinions and suggestions,
  • In order to facilitate communication with patients, to get and share information contacting by our customer representatives at every stage through by our Web Site, by online mesagging by telephone or face to face as far as possible,
  • When referring to the hospitals, the selected hospitals should be Health Tourism Department and provide the necessary interpreter service for communication,
  • To use a standard language and checklist which is scientifically accepted and understood by all parties in sharing information with patients,
  • To share information about the price policy with the patient in order to show that a reasonable cost calculation and treatment plan has been made,
  • To share the confirmation that the hospital and patient data have been received and evaluated by the hospital with the patient and their accompanying persons,
  • To inform the patient and his / her attendants about all treatment alternatives proposed by the health unit and physician / physicians,
  • Obtaining patient / companion approval for the agreed treatment plan,
  • To give information about necessary rehabilitation programs after medical intervention / operation
  • Indicate the required advance payment and payment methods as well as the return policy and the conditions for the possibility of continuing treatment in case of any problems,
  • Providing the necessary support for the visa application including the confirmation letter when necessary,
  • To plan the whole process of flight plan, welcoming, transfer stages until reaching the hospital,
  • Clarifying mutual responsibilities in case of change or cancellation of the trip,
  • To inform the patients and their companions about possible and requested tourism programs during and after the treatment process,
  • To ensure that all necessary documents are delivered to the patient and the patient’s insurance institution after all procedures,
  • To collect the feedback of patients and their companions on their return and to share information with SATURK and hospital,
  • Taking out travel insurance to cover all travel of the international patient
